What is an Advan?

An Advan (short for ‘advertising van’) is a large-format, double-sided advertising display mounted on a trailer or vehicle, fitted with a digital LED screen. It can either be driven around a route or parked in a fixed position.

What areas do you cover?

We’re based in Birmingham and run campaigns across the whole of the UK and Ireland, from local Midlands activity to nationwide multi-city tours.

What’s the difference between an Advan and an advertising trailer?

Both can carry the same large-format display. An Advan is typically associated with a moving route, while an advertising trailer is usually towed to a single site and left parked in one position for the duration of the booking. We offer both.

Can you provide advertising for events and festivals?

Yes — we’ve provided mobile billboard advertising at events and festivals, including most recently Bristol’s Volks Festival, and can plan a route or fixed position around an event site.

Do you supply screens for sports events?

Yes — we build and run LED screens for sports events and fan gatherings, from stadium fan zones to public fan parks and club open days, showing live match coverage, replays and sponsor content.

Do you offer mobile cinema or outdoor screen hire?

Yes — we supply and run large-format screens for outdoor and pop-up cinema events, from park and community screenings to festival cinema tents and private screening events.

Do you work directly with brands or only through agencies?

Both. We take on campaigns directly from brands and organisations, and we also work as a subcontractor for agencies that need reliable Advan or trailer execution as part of a larger campaign.

How far in advance should I book?

The earlier the better, especially for events, festivals or popular campaign dates, but get in touch even for short-notice requirements and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

What is an IMAG screen?

IMAG stands for ‘image magnification’. It’s a live camera feed of your stage shown on a large LED screen in real time, so audiences further back can clearly see the performance or speakers.

Do you supply screens for livestreams or broadcasts, not just live camera relay?

Yes — as well as IMAG relay of your own stage, we supply screens that display a remote livestream, broadcast feed or a second stage.

Can you run the screen for us, or do we need our own crew?

Either. We offer hire-only for customers with their own crew, and a fully managed service where we handle the build, feed integration, operation and strike.
